Job summary

Futu US Inc. is seeking a Futures Clearing Operations Manager to oversee clearing and settlement for US futures, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk controls. The role requires familiarity with margining, reconciliations, and CME-related systems.

You will lead a team, optimize processes, and work with IT/vendors to enhance back-office capabilities while coordinating with exchanges and clients. The role offers remote or on-site options in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or related field.
• 8+ years in futures clearing, trade settlement or back-office ops.
• Strong understanding of U.S. futures markets and clearing processes.
• Experience with regulatory reporting for FCMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily futures clearing and settlement across CME and exchanges.
• Monitor margins and collateral, process margin calls, oversee settlements.
• Oversee trade, position and cash reconciliations with exchanges.
• Ensure compliance with CFTC, NFA and exchange rules.
• Develop and improve clearing workflows for efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT/vendors to maintain back-office systems.
• Lead and train clearing staff.
• Create and update policies for futures trading and settlement.
