Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited is seeking a Futures Clearing Operations Manager to oversee U.S. futures clearing, settlement, and related risk controls.

You will ensure regulatory compliance with CFTC and NFA requirements, manage treasury movements, and drive efficiency across back-office processes. The role requires extensive experience with CME and related exchanges, strong leadership, and collaboration with IT and vendors to optimize systems and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in futures clearing, trade settlement, or back-office operations at an FCM, exchange, or clearing firm.
• Strong understanding of U.S. futures markets and clearing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clearing and settlement of futures trades.
• Monitor margin requirements and process margin calls.
• Oversee trade, position, and cash reconciliations with exchanges and internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with CFTC, NFA, and exchanges; prepare regulatory reports.
• Identify operational risks and implement controls to mitigate issues.
• Develop and improve clearing workflows to increase efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to maintain back-office and risk systems.
• Coordinate with exchanges, vendors, and clients to resolve operational issues.
• Lead, train, and develop clearing operations staff.
• Create and update policies for futures trading, clearing and settlement.
