Futu US Inc. seeks a Futures Operations Manager to lead day-to-day post‑trade support for futures and derivatives within a retail broker‑dealer framework.

You will oversee trade processing, settlements, reconciliations, and regulatory workflows while coordinating with product, trading, compliance, and technology teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in brokerage, trading, derivatives, settlement, clearing operations, or back-office operations.
• Experience with retail broker-dealer, fintech, exchange, or clearing firm preferred.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily post-trade processing for futures and derivatives.
• Manage reconciliations across brokers, exchanges, and vendors.
• Support operational lifecycle for retail accounts.
• Collaborate with Product, Trading, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Tech.
• Ensure regulatory and exchange compliance in operations.
• Develop scalable procedures and automation opportunities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
