Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited seeks a Futures Operations Manager to oversee clearing and settlement for US futures transactions. You will ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risk, and drive efficiency across CME relations and back-office systems.

Leading a team, you will manage margin calls, reconciliations, and operational controls, while collaborating with IT and vendors to enhance risk management tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in futures clearing, trade settlement, or back-office operations at an FCM, exchange, or clearing firm.
• Strong understanding of U.S. futures markets and clearing processes.
• Familiarity with exchange margining methodologies and risk management principles.
• Proficiency with clearinghouse systems (e.g., CME Clearing) and futures back-office platforms.

Responsibilities

• Clear and settle futures trades daily through firm clearing relationships and exchanges.
• Monitor margin requirements and process margin calls; manage collateral movements and daily net settlements.
• Oversee trade, position, and cash reconciliations with exchanges and internal systems.
• Ensure clearing operations comply with CFTC, NFA, and exchange regulations; support regulatory inquiries.
• Identify operational risks and implement controls for clearing, margining, and settlement.
