Job summary

Earth is seeking a remote, quota-carrying pre-need funeral director to guide families through planning and funding prepaid arrangements. You will run consultations, enroll prepaid plans, and complete contracts and funding setup.

You will track leads in HubSpot and follow a structured sales and coaching process to ensure fast, compassionate follow-up and high conversion. A valid funeral director license and mortuary certificate are required, along with arrangement experience.
