Earth is seeking a remote Funeral Director to support families planning ahead with compassionate, consultative guidance. You will respond quickly, conduct phone and video consultations, and enroll families in pre-need funding plans while maintaining a high-volume pipeline of 1,000+ monthly leads.

You will follow structured processes, collaborate with the team, and participate in rotating shifts including evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Active funeral director license and mortuary school certificate.
• Experience guiding families through pre-need and at-need arrangements.
• Comfort with CRM, dialer, calendar, video calls, and shared docs without hand-holding.
• Ability to learn quickly from written process docs.
• Confident on video calls with multiple family members.
• Dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
• Availability for rotating evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to families who reach out and manage pre-need family consultations.
• Conduct phone and video consultations.

• Participate in scheduled shift rotations for evenings and weekends.
• Utilize CRM (HubSpot), dialers, Slack, and Google Workspace effectively.
