Job summary

CDP, a Boston-based nonprofit public media service provider, is seeking a Fundraising Operations Coordinator to support donor operations, pledge drives, and CRM case management in a remote, full-time role. You will work primarily in Salesforce and RevCRM to assist PMOs nationwide.

The position emphasizes data quality, project coordination, and collaboration with internal teams. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong communication, and detail orientation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• CRM systems (Salesforce/RevCRM) experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized.
• Non-profit experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist partner station development staff by researching and resolving donor issues submitted through the case management system.
• Coordinate station pledge drives by creating campaigns and tracking pledge program performance and success.
• Facilitate the fulfillment of donor membership benefits, including thank-you gifts and pledge acknowledgements.
• Assist other teams within the Fundraising Operations department on special projects and day-to-day operational needs.
• Maintain data quality and integrity within the CRM system.
• Create donation forms to support partner station fundraising initiatives.
• Occasional overtime/afterhours work required to meet critical deadlines.
