Job summary

Velora is seeking an experienced Implementation role to deliver fundraising-focused services across Keela and Raisely. You will onboard new customers, launch donation forms and campaigns, migrate donor data, and configure fundraising workflows.

Responsibilities include data transformation, customer training, and cross-team collaboration to ensure successful live deployments and ongoing success in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software implementation, project management, customer engagement, or fundraising operations.
• Proficient in Excel with data manipulation and reporting.
• Outstanding customer service with problem-solving focus.
• Tech-savvy and able to manage multiple tools at once.
• Highly organized and self-motivated; able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work with 40+ customers simultaneously to manage and implement new clients and their data across Keela and Raisely.
• Develop deep product knowledge of Keela and Raisely and stay current with new features and best practices.
• Lead end-to-end fundraising implementations including donation form setup, campaign configuration, and event fundraising setup.
• Transform data sets to improve data quality and organization (contacts, donations, campaigns, custom fields).
• Provide fundraising and donor management expertise through consultative setup and training calls.
• Deliver strong project management, consulting, communication, and leadership to ensure on-time delivery.
• Act as liaison between customers and product teams to relay fundraising feedback.
• Collaborate with Services, Customer Success, and Sales for smooth project execution.
