Qualifications

• 3 years healthcare or insurance related experience required.
• 3 years customer service and/or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with relevant software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine payment options for candidates.
• Communicate clearly with clients and staff regarding funding options.
• Document all inquiries accurately according to guidelines.
• Engage proactively with team members about potential issues.

Skills

Knowledge of insurance and funding sources for DME
