Stone Coast Fund Services is seeking a fund accounting professional to join our team. You will record and reconcile portfolio activity, calculate NAV, and allocate fees for hedge fund clients while delivering timely reports to managers and investors.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in fund accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with Advent Geneva World Investor. This remote role supports multiple states and offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Formación

• Three+ years of experience in fund accounting for hedge funds.
• Comfortable acting as a primary liaison with fund managers and service providers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Record and reconcile portfolio and fund activity for assigned clients.
• Calculate NAV adhering to industry standards and internal procedures.
• Allocate profit and loss to investors, including management and performance fees.
• Process and record fund expense payments and ensure timely wire requests.
• Generate and deliver fund and investor reports to managers and investors.
• Prepare materials for board meetings, financial statements and regulatory requests.
• Communicate with internal and external entities to ensure best-in-class service.
• Review NAV and investor statements for completeness and accuracy.
• Mentor, train and support fund accountants.
• Ensure fund accounting tasks are completed accurately and timely.
