Zusammenfassung

Stone Coast Fund Services is seeking a fund accounting professional to manage portfolio activity, compute NAVs and allocate fees for hedge fund clients. You will deliver timely investor reports and support board materials while mentoring junior staff.

The role offers flexible scheduling with remote options and a strong focus on accuracy, internal controls, and client service. Experience with Advent Geneva and Excel is valued.

Qualifikationen

• Three+ years of hedge fund accounting experience.
• Liaison with fund managers and other fund service providers.
• Familiarity with hedge fund investments is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Aufgaben

• Record and reconcile portfolio and fund activity for clients.
• Calculate NAV per industry standards and internal procedures.
• Allocate profits and losses; compute management and performance fees.
• Process fund expense payments; ensure timely wire requests.
• Generate fund and investor reports for managers and investors.
• Prepare materials for board meetings, statements, audits and regulatory requests.
• Communicate with internal/external entities to ensure service levels.
• Review NAV and investor statements for accuracy against standards.
• Mentor and train fund accountants.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.
