Job summary

Stone Coast Fund Services seeks an experienced fund accountant to join the Fund Accounting team. You will record and reconcile portfolio activity, calculate NAV, and allocate profits with fee calculations.

You will generate investor reports and support board/audit requests, collaborating with fund managers and service providers. The role requires 3+ years in hedge fund accounting, strong Excel, and familiarity with Advent Geneva/World Investor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fund accounting experience for hedge funds.
• Primary liaison with fund managers and service providers.
• Familiarity with hedge fund investments is a plus.
• Experience with portfolio and investor accounting systems (Advent Geneva World Investor a plus).
• Experience with internal controls, procedures, workflows and risk management a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile portfolio and fund activity for assigned clients.
• Calculate NAV per industry standards and internal procedures.
• Allocate profit and loss; calculate management and performance fees.
• Process fund expense payments and ensure timely wire requests.
• Generate and deliver fund/investor reports to managers/investors.
