Job summary

Stone Coast Fund Services is seeking an experienced fund accountant to join our remote Fund Accounting team. You will record and reconcile portfolio activity, calculate NAV, allocate fees, process expenses, and prepare reports for fund managers and investors.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hedge fund accounting, strong Excel, Advent Geneva World Investor experience, and a four-year degree in accounting or finance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fund accounting experience in hedge funds.
• Proven ability to liaison with fund managers and service providers.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Advent Geneva World Investor.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile portfolio and fund activity for assigned clients.
• Calculate NAV and adhere to industry standards and internal procedures.
• Allocate profits and losses and manage management and performance fees.
• Process fund expense payments and ensure timely wire requests.
• Generate fund and investor reports for managers and investors.
• Prepare materials for board meetings, financial statements and audits.
