Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Trust Support professional to oversee day-to-day operational/client service activities, including receivables, journal postings, cash reconciliation, and fund position tracking.

You will work with management and technical staff to identify process improvements, support cash processing, trade and wire processing, and help maintain client relationships. The role is remote across multiple states with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with finance focus or equivalent experience.
• Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (CCTS) or CTMC certification.
• 4+ years of experience in syndicated or private credit markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to institutional/corporate trust accounts including billing, fee increases, closing transactions, cash and investment processing, and debt service calculations.
• Perform daily cash application and collateral position reconciliation.
• Support Relationship Manager with client relationships oversight.
• Document business requirements with the solutions team for process improvements.
• Organize and oversee testing for full-cycle testing (unit, integration, system, QA).
