Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a Corporate Trust Operations Analyst to support day-to-day client service activities, monitor receivables, journal postings, cash reconciliation, and fund position tracking. You will collaborate with management and technical staff to identify improvements to processes and systems.

Responsibilities include handling institutional trust accounts, billing, fee recommendations, cash and investment transactions, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum: strong client relationship management
• Minimum: ability to deliver positive client experience through engagement and workflows
• Minimum: manage multiple projects and timelines
• Minimum: exceptional written and verbal communication with attention to detail
• Minimum: strong operational knowledge of Corporate Trust processes
• Preferred: Advanced MS Excel
• Preferred: understanding of credit products and markets
• Preferred: strong data reconciliation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to institutional trust accounts including billing, fee recommendations, and transaction handling
• Perform daily cash application and collateral position reconciliation
• Ensure accurate setup and compliance across systems and document issues
• Assist with global asset setup and maintenance
• Process trades and wires for daily trading activity
• Support Relationship Manager with client oversight
• Participate in cross-training across Corporate Trust roles
• Document business requirements for system/process improvements
• Organize and oversee testing and QA methodologies
