UMB Bank is seeking a Corporate Trust Operations professional to support day-to-day client service activities, monitor receivables, postings, and cash reconciliation. You will work with management and tech staff to improve processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with finance focus or equivalent experience.
• Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (CCTS) or Corporate Trust Master Certification (CTMC).
• 4+ years in broadly syndicated and/or private credit loan markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational/client service support and cash reconciliation.
• Manage billing for administrative fees and fee adjustment recommendations.
• Process debt service calculations and payment generation; support trading activity.
• Assist with global asset setup and maintenance.
• Support relationship managers and document business requirements for systems.
• Organize testing and QA across cycles; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Handle cash processing procedures for new products and updates.
