UMB Bank is seeking a remote Corporate Trust Operations Associate to support day-to-day client service and receivable activities. The role covers billing, cash reconciliation, trade and wire processing, and collaboration with management and technical staff to improve processes.

Required are a finance-focused Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 4+ years in syndicated or private credit markets, and professional certifications (CCTS or CTMC). Advanced Excel and strong communication are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with finance focus or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in the broadly syndicated and/or private credit loan market, or relevant experience.
• Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (CCTS) or Corporate Trust Master Certification (CTMC).
• Demonstrates strong client relationship management skills.
• Advanced MS Excel and data reconciliation skills (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day institutional trust operations, including billing, transactions, and cash activities.
• Perform cash application and collateral position reconciliation.
• Set up accounts and address compliance items; respond to compliance exceptions.
• Assist with global asset setup and maintenance.
• Process trades and wires for daily activity.
• Assist Relationship Manager with oversight of client relationships.
• Participate in cross-training to learn other Corporate Trust roles.
• Document business requirements for system and process improvements; coordinate testing.
