UMB is seeking a driven Corporate Trust professional to support day-to-day operations, cash reconciliation, and client relationships in a remote-capable environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement within a financial services setting.

Qualified candidates have a finance-focused degree, CCTS/CTMC certification, and 4+ years in syndicated/private credit markets, with advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with finance focus (business admin, finance) or equivalent work experience.
• Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (CCTS) or Corporate Trust Master Certification (CTMC).
• 4+ years of experience in broadly syndicated and/or private credit loan markets, or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to institutional/corporate trust accounts including billing for admin fees and debt service calculations.
• Perform daily cash application and collateral position reconciliation; manage cash processing
• Assist with global asset setup and maintenance; document business requirements for systems/process improvements
• Support Relationship Manager with oversight of client relationships and cross-training for other roles
• Organize team testing methodology for test scripts and QA; oversee full-cycle testing
