Turning Point Global Solutions is seeking an experienced part-time Functional Analyst to join our team. You will collaborate with our customers to define product requirements, develop a product understanding, and communicate effectively to both business and technical audiences to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four years of specialized experience may substitute.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience, with at least 2 years in requirements gathering.
• Ability to break down complex requirements into actionable work items.
• Knowledge and experience of Agile software development methodology.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with CMS or federal agencies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support teams in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements.
• Identify, analyze, and validate clients’ business needs and requirements.
• Develop and maintain business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure required implementations.
• Apply Agile/Scrum practices and participate in testing and UAT events.
