Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with functional test planning.
• Minimum of 2 years experience supporting ServiceNow applications, workflows, or platform functionality.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
• Experience testing applications and writing test scripts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solution recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with users, technical teams, and functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

• Interface with team members and users to understand business and functional requirements
• Gather document and validate requirements to support solution design and delivery
• Apply industry best practices and software knowledge to design solutions that align with business processes and functional requirements
