Tether Operations Limited is seeking a proactive Fullstack Engineer to join a globally distributed, remote team. You will build and maintain developer tools, integrate AI agents into engineering workflows, and help deliver reliable software for desktop and mobile applications.

You will collaborate with engineers to identify improvements, own them from implementation through adoption, and drive faster feedback loops, automated testing, and dependable automation across our QVAC platform.

Competenze

• Experience building developer tools used by teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools or agents.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and debugging of build/test failures.
• Strong focus on maintainable code and automated checks.
• Ability to work independently and communicate in English within a remote, distributed team.

Mansioni

• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents, including repository guidance and integrations.
• Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled workflows that investigate failures, propose fixes, and provide actionable evidence to engineers.
• Improve automated pull request reviews, evaluating accuracy and reducing noise for reviewers.
• Develop code quality scripts checking for complexity, file size, dependencies, and performance regressions.
• Work with package owners on thresholds and targeted refactoring.
• Improve development environments, testing, and build/release workflows for reliable changes.
• Prioritize improvements with engineering teams, document onboarding, and measure effectiveness and operating costs.
• Example projects include agents that investigate CI failures and diagnose regressions; you will refine these with engineers.
