Syms Strategic Group, LLC is seeking a Full Stack Developer with Edifecs experience for a remote role in the Veterans Affairs (VA) program. This position requires 10+ years of professional experience and a Public Trust (MBI) clearance, with a strong focus on testing and quality assurance across SDLC.  You will design and execute test plans, write test cases, and coordinate verification activities.

• Proven track record on complex software projects with high-quality deliverables.
• Experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC concepts.
• Proficient in writing/executing test cases, scripts, and plans.
• Understand CI/CD concepts and DevOps tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of version control (Git, SVN) and defect tracking (JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
• Knowledge of EDIFECS Edifecs and X12 workflows is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and procedures to ensure products meet standards.
• Create test schedules and approaches; document and communicate results.
• Lead tests of software/IT systems to ensure defect-free operation.
• Provide verification activities in defined environments and report progress to management.
• Develop daily test metrics and reporting; support issue resolution.
• Collaborate with test managers, leads, and developers to drive quality.
