Job summary

LMI is seeking a Full-Stack Solutions Architect with strong hands-on development skills and a focus on agentic AI to join the Chief Technology Office development team. This role is for someone who doesn't just write code - they see the whole system, spot the real problem behind the request, and design the solution before they build it.

You'll move fast across a portfolio of high-stakes programs, using agentic AI as leverage to turn architecture into working software at speed.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 3–5 years of full-stack production experience.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into architecture.
• Experience using agentic AI coding tools at scale.
• Proven full-stack development across front-end and back-end.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript or similar.
• Experience designing/consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong DB skills: relational and MongoDB.
• Agile collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.
• Git/GitLab proficiency; CI/CD and DevSecOps experience.
• Strong communication and influence for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose requirements and design solutions before building.
• Architect end-to-end systems across data, API, and UI.
• Leverage agentic AI to prototype and extend functionality.
• Work across large, government-focused programs.
• Ensure security compliance and DevSecOps practices.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to align architecture.
• Document architecture decisions and rationale.
• Validate designs with rigorous testing for performance.
