Job summary

LMI is seeking a Full-Stack Solutions Architect to join the Chief Technology Office development team. This role blends hands-on coding with system design, using agentic AI to accelerate delivery on government programs.

A Secret clearance is required to work on sensitive federal projects from a US-Remote location. You’ll craft end-to-end solutions, mentor teams, and ensure security, scalability, and rapid iteration across data, API, and UI layers.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• 3–5 years full-stack development in production.
• Experience translating ambiguous requirements into a technical design.
• Proficiency with agentic AI coding tools.
• Proven full-stack development across front-end and back-end.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose before you build: Analyze requirements to uncover underlying problems and design aligned solutions.
• Architect across the stack: Design end-to-end solutions from data model to API to UI.
• Leverage agentic AI: Use agentic AI tools to prototype, extend, and integrate functionality.
• Drive high-impact, ambiguous problems: Contribute to strategic projects with incomplete requirements.
• Translate between worlds: Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to identify pain points and architect solutions.
• Move across programs: Transition between programs prioritizing high-impact initiatives.
• Close the loop: Facilitate integrations and debug to meet timelines.
• Build for the mission: Ensure security, standards, and best practices across projects.
• Multiply impact with documentation: Capture reasoning and decisions for knowledge transfer.
• Validate the design, not just the code: Rigorous testing for performance and reliability.
