Qualifications

• Eligibility for a security clearance is required; active Secret clearance preferred.
• 3–5 years applying development in a production environment.
• Experience with agentic AI coding tools.
• Proven full-stack development experience in front-end and back-end systems.
• Proficient in Python and at least one front-end framework/tool (TypeScript preferred).
• Experience with API development and RESTful services.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Version control with Git/GitLab; DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage agentic AI tools to add new functionality quickly in large programs.
• Make high-impact contributions to strategically critical projects.
• Collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and technical leads in an Agile environment.
• Transition between programs, prioritizing highest-impact initiatives.
• Analyze requirements to develop innovative solutions aligned with mission needs.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to integrate and resolve challenges within timelines.
• Ensure security protocols and standards are followed across projects.
• Document technical solutions for knowledge transfer.
• Conduct rigorous testing for performance, scalability, and reliability.
