Job summary

Come Near is building a personalized digital engagement platform and seeks a Full-Stack Product Manager to own pillars/pods end-to-end, from strategy to shipped outcomes. You’ll write specs, prototype UX with AI-assisted tools, and partner with AI and Engineering to deliver personalized experiences.

The role requires hands-on product leadership, ability to prototype without a dedicated designer, and comfort working remotely in an async environment to advance mission-driven goals.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of product management experience, preferably with digital experience, CRO, or personalization exposure.
• Demonstrated track record tying product decisions to measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code); comfortable near the codebase.

Responsibilities

• Own 1–2 pillars/pods end-to-end, from strategy through shipped, measured outcomes.
• Write product specs (problem, hypothesis, scope, acceptance criteria, evals, success metrics).
• Prototype UX directly; ship with AI-assisted dev tools and collaborate with engineering.
• Define evals for AI-driven features using a rubric and thresholds.
• Partner with Applied AI and Engineering on personalization and delivery within owned pods.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and communicate progress to leadership.
