Job summary

CookUnity in New York is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Personalization & AI to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of two interconnected pillars: a next-gen personalization engine and a customer-facing AI experience powered by LLMs.

You will work cross-functionally with ML, frontend and backend engineering, data science, design, and chefs to translate eater behavior into a scalable roadmap that lifts retention, conversion, and LTV while simplifying hundreds of weekly micro-decisions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including personalization/AI domains.
• Experience with ML/LLM-powered products and conversational AI.
• Strong analytical, systems-oriented mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to own customer-facing frontend product surfaces from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end personalization roadmap across discovery, ordering, search, and post-order.
• Design and implement ML-powered features like personalized ranking and recommendations.
• Collaborate with ML/LLM engineering to integrate models into the product.
• Own frontend UX surface for AI experiences from vision to launch.
• Set success criteria and evaluate prompts, grounding, and architecture decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams including design, engineering, data science, and chefs.
• Drive experiments, A/B tests, and model evaluation to lift retention and conversion.
