Job summary

CVS Health’s Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP) offers a two-year path to become a full-stack automation engineer. This fully remote role is designed for candidates on the East Coast or anywhere in the U.S. and includes hands-on training, webinars, and real-world projects.

You will learn to code, automate, and support IT systems within a secure, AI-driven enterprise using Agile, DevSecOps, and XP practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a relevant IT position.
• 6+ months of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development.
• 6+ months of experience programming, developing, or coding.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting existing applications and development efforts.
• Write high-quality code compliant with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with analysts and product owners to align with business priorities.
• Analyze and improve the efficiency of systems and services.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to apply new technologies.
• Create and execute test scenarios for new and changed components.
• Share knowledge openly with IT colleagues.
• Troubleshoot problems identified by users.
• Automate use cases with tools like Ansible and Jenkins.
• Work within Agile, XP, and Kanban delivery frameworks.
