Job summary

CVS Health is offering a two-year Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP) designed to train you as a full-stack automation engineer. This fully remote role supports a Fortune 6 company with hands-on training, webinars, and real-world projects in AI, automation, and cloud technologies.

You will join a fast-paced IT organization, receive coaching, and work within Agile, DevSecOps, and XP delivery methods while contributing to data-driven solutions that improve healthcare delivery.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a relevant IT position.
• 6+ months of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development.
• 6+ months of experience programming, developing, or coding.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the support of existing applications and/or development efforts.
• Write high-quality code compliant with enterprise and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to ensure understanding of business priorities.
• Analyze and improve the efficiency of various systems and services.
• Proactively monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to implement new technologies.
• Create and execute required test scenarios/plans to ensure complete testing on all new and changed components.
• Share knowledge openly and willingly with other IT business personnel.
• Troubleshooting problems identified by users.
• Use automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins, etc. for automating use cases.
• Work within model delivery frameworks (Agile, XP, Kanban)
