Job summary

CVS Health is offering a two-year Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP) designed to train you as a full-stack automation engineer. This fully remote opportunity supports an IT security and automation pathway within a Fortune 6 company.

You will receive hands-on training, webinars, simulations, and project work while adopting Agile, DevSecOps and XP to modernize enterprise applications and deliver AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a relevant IT position.
• 6+ months of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development.
• 6+ months of programming, developing, or coding.
• Familiarity with cloud concepts and DevOps practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the support of existing applications and development efforts.
• Write high‑quality code compliant with enterprise and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to ensure understanding of business priorities.
• Analyze and improve the efficiency of various systems and services.
• Proactively monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to implement new technologies.
• Create and execute required test scenarios/plans to ensure complete testing on all new and changed components.
• Share knowledge openly and willingly with other IT personnel.
• Troubleshooting problems identified by users.
• Use automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins, etc. for automating use cases.
• Work within model delivery frameworks (Agile, XP, Kanban)
