CVS Health is launching an Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP), a two-year experience to become a full-stack automation engineer within ITS IT. The program emphasizes hands-on learning, training, and mentorship in a fast-paced IT organization.

Participants will work on automation across cloud, security, and AI initiatives, with Agile/XP/Kanban delivery and exposure to modern tooling. This role is fully remote, with some preference for East Coast proximity.

Qualificações

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, MIS, or related field preferred.
• Boot camps, academies, certifications, etc. seriously considered.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the support of existing applications and development efforts.
• Write high-quality code compliant with enterprise and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to ensure understanding of business priorities.
• Analyze and improve the efficiency of various systems and services.
• Proactively monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to implement new technologies.
• Create and execute required test scenarios/plans to ensure complete testing on all new and changed components.
• Share knowledge openly and willingly with other IT business personnel.
• Troubleshoot problems identified by users.
• Use automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins, etc. for automating use cases.
• Work within model delivery frameworks (Agile, XP, Kanban)
