Job summary

CVS Health is seeking candidates for its two-year Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP) to become full-stack automation engineers. The program offers hands-on training, webinars, simulations, and real-world experience within a fast-paced IT organization, emphasizing Agile, DevSecOps, and XP practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of IT experience (academic or professional).
• 6+ months of programming, developing, or coding.
• Experience with software engineering and design tools (Python, PowerShell, YAML).
• Experience with CI/CD, writing and testing code, and delivering enterprise applications (Agile, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with cloud concepts/providers (Azure, AWS, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Experience with data integration and relational/non-relational databases.
• Experience with cybersecurity and network security (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK).
• AI/ML concepts strongly preferred.
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the support of existing applications and development efforts.
• Write high-quality code compliant with enterprise regulations.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to implement new technologies.
• Create and execute test scenarios/plans for new or changed components.
• Share knowledge openly with IT colleagues and stakeholders.
• Work within Agile/XP/Kanban delivery frameworks.
