Job summary

CVS Health is recruiting for a two-year Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP) in IT Security & Technology Solutions. The role is remote, designed to train you as a full-stack automation engineer while supporting a Fortune 6 company.

You'll gain hands‑on experience, built‑in training, and mentorship in Agile, DevSecOps, and XP practices. The program emphasizes learning automation across AI/ML, cloud, and security domains, with opportunities to work on enterprise‑scale projects

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a relevant IT position.
6+ months of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development.
6+ months of experience programming, developing, or coding.
Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

Assisting in the support of existing applications and development efforts.
Writing high‑quality code compliant with enterprise and industry regulations.
Collaborating with analysts and product owners to understand business priorities.
Analyzing and improving efficiency of various systems and services.
Monitoring industry trends and identifying opportunities to implement new technologies.
Creating and executing test scenarios/plans for new and changed components.
Sharing knowledge with other IT personnel.
Troubleshooting problems identified by users.
Using automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins, etc. for automation cases.
Working within Agile, XP, and Kanban delivery frameworks.
