CVS Health is recruiting for a fully remote Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP) aimed at developing full‑stack automation engineers. The program provides two years of hands‑on training, with emphasis on Agile/DevSecOps practices, cloud concepts, and security standards, within a Fortune 6 setting.

Candidates will work on cutting‑edge IT security, automation, cloud, and AI projects, gaining exposure to modern delivery methods and enterprise‑scale software development.

Qualifications

• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, MIS, or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Writing high‑quality code compliant with enterprise and industry regulations.
• Proactively monitoring industry trends and identifying opportunities to implement new technologies.
• Creating and executing required test scenarios/plans to ensure complete testing on all new and changed components.
• Sharing knowledge openly and willingly with other IT business personnel.
• Work within model delivery frameworks (Agile, XP, Kanban).
• Assisting in the support of existing applications and/or development efforts.
