Job summary

CVS Health is launching a two-year Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP) to train you as a full-stack automation engineer. This fully remote role offers hands-on experience in a Fortune 6 company, with guidance, trainings, and real projects across IT Security, Automation, Cloud, and AI/ML initiatives.

You will learn modern delivery methods like Agile, DevSecOps, and XP while supporting customer-focused data products and enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in IT-related role (academic or professional).
• 6+ months programming experience.
• Experience with Python, PowerShell, YAML, algorithms and data structures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Agile, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
• Experience with cloud concepts and providers (Azure/AWS/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases; cybersecurity concepts desirable.
• AI/ML concepts strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and support of existing applications and new features.
• Write high-quality code compliant with enterprise regulations.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to adopt new technologies.
• Create and execute test scenarios to validate changes.
• Share knowledge with IT teammates and work within Agile/XP/Kanban frameworks.
