Job summary

CVS Health is offering a two-year Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP) to train you as a full‑stack automation engineer. This remote-friendly program provides hands-on learning within a fast-paced IT organization, supporting customers and modern delivery methods like Agile, DevSecOps and XP.

You will gain mentorship, training, webinars and real projects while contributing to security, automation, cloud, and AI initiatives at CVS Health.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience (academic or professional) in a relevant IT position.
• 6+ months of experience programming, developing, or coding.
• Experience with Python, PowerShell, YAML, algorithms, data structures, and front-end design.
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, and delivering enterprise-wide applications (Agile, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with cloud concepts and providers (Azure, AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Experience with data integration and relational/non-relational databases.
• Experience with cybersecurity and network security (NIST standards, MITRE ATT&CK framework).
• Experience with AI/ML concepts strongly preferred.
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Writing high‑quality code compliant with enterprise and industry regulations.
• Proactively monitoring industry trends and identifying opportunities to implement new technologies.
• Creating and executing required test scenarios/plans to ensure complete testing on all new and changed components.
• Sharing knowledge openly and willingly with other IT business personnel.
• Work within model delivery frameworks (Agile, XP, Kanban)
