Job summary

CVS Health is offering a two-year Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP) designed to train automation engineers in a fast-paced IT environment. This fully remote role emphasizes AI/ML, automation, and full-stack development across cloud and security domains.

You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to Agile, DevSecOps, and XP practices as you contribute to enterprise-scale applications and data-driven initiatives at CVS Health.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a relevant IT position (academic or professional).
• 6+ months of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development.
• 6+ months of experience programming, developing, or coding.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting existing applications and/or development efforts.
• Write high-quality code compliant with enterprise and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand priorities.
• Analyze and improve the efficiency of systems and services.
• Proactively monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to implement new technologies.
• Create and execute test scenarios/plans for new/changed components.
• Share knowledge with IT personnel.
• Troubleshoot problems identified by users.
• Use automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins for automating use cases.
• Work within Agile/XP/Kanban delivery frameworks.
