Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join the U.S.-based Enterprise Services team, focusing on sustaining, enhancing, and modernizing enterprise applications. The role spans production support, modernization, and R&D with AI-assisted tooling to accelerate development.

This full-time remote role requires 5+ years of experience with Java, Spring, Node.js, React, AWS, SQL, and APIs, and collaboration across globally distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in enterprise apps.
• Strong backend with Java, Spring, Hibernate; frontend with React/Angular/JS.
• Experience with AWS, SQL, APIs, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end software solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams.
• Own the full SDLC from requirements to production support.
• Participate in production support, modernization, and R&D rotations.
• Modernize legacy applications for maintainability and performance.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate coding and testing.
• Address performance, security, debt, and stability concerns.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and delivery.
• Work with nearshore teams to deliver features.
