Qualifications

• Experience across the full stack including frontend, backend, and CMS development.
• Ability to read and write clean, maintainable code with focus on reliability and performance.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the stack by writing clean, maintainable code with a focus on reliability, performance, and simplicity.
• Work with Frontend technologies (TypeScript, Next.js, React), Backend technologies (Node.js, TypeScript), and CMS platforms (WordPress, PHP).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and external development teams to develop and execute new features.
• Debug issues, improve code quality, and strengthen system reliability.
• Own deliverables while seeking feedback and growth opportunities.
• Complete code reviews, create engineering documentation, and participate in planning sessions.
• Iterate and improve existing systems as business requirements change.
• Use approved AI-powered engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and refactoring.
• Provide after-hours and weekend support for production systems when needed.
