Job summary

Kustomer is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Engineering team in a remote-friendly environment. You will work in a Pod of 3–5, shipping end-to-end features and evolving our architecture with Node.js, React, Golang, MongoDB, Elasticsearch and AWS.

AI-powered capabilities will be part of the scope as you grow. You will collaborate with product, design, and senior engineers, contribute to code quality, and own features from design through production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in software development
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
• Frontend and backend development experience or strong interest to learn both
• Familiarity with modern AI developer tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Ship full-stack features as part of a Pod with 3–5 engineers
• Build and maintain APIs and integrate with external services
• Develop front-end interfaces with focus on UX and accessibility
• Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews
• Contribute to AI-powered product capabilities as the team grows
