Syms Strategic Group (SSG) seeks a skilled Full Stack Developer (MUMPS) for a remote role. You will support QA for healthcare applications in a MUMPS/InterSystems Cache environment and contribute to modernization and testing efforts.

The position requires extensive experience in healthcare testing, creating detailed test plans and cases, and guiding testing activities across SDLC. U.S.-based remote work is offered with Veterans/VA project exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Proven ability to develop test plans, scenarios and cases.
• Knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies.
• Experience validating HL7, FHIR and HIPAA EDI transactions.
• Ability to lead testing efforts and mentor testers.

Responsibilities

• Support QA for mission-critical healthcare apps in MUMPS/Cache.
• Develop and execute test plans, test data and environments.
• Perform functional, integration, regression and UAT testing.
• Verify data integrity across legacy healthcare systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Track defects, metrics and communicate status.
