Job summary

Soft Tech Consulting, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to join a collaborative team delivering complex cloud-based solutions for federal clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong React and Typescript skills, experience with AWS, Java, SQL and C#, and be prepared to work in a security-clearance environment. Remote work is supported with occasional onsite requirements near SE DC.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain Security+, CASP+, A+ or CISSP within 90 days.
• Experience creating modern web apps that visualize data.
• Proficient in React with Typescript background.
• Experience with VSCode and Chrome development.
• Experience with AWS IAAS and cloud software development.
• Knowledge of Java, SQL, C#, HTML and ORM (Hibernate).
• Ability to write APIs and Lambda functions in AWS and create unit tests.
• Collaborate with development teams to ideate software solutions and support security needs.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute software development plans using SELC.
• Update environment design plans in AWS across domains.
• Develop new features to meet end-user requirements.
• Modify systems for releases, emergent tech, and cybersecurity.
• Build and maintain data feeds for cross-domain sharing.
• Maintain development and test environments.
• Manage cloud architecture installations and CG software upgrades.
• Control configurations and changes to the system.
• Ensure steady-state operations and perform maintenance as needed.
