Job summary

Guydo Consulting Inc is seeking a Mid/Senior Full Stack Software Developer to work remotely on national security projects. You will contribute to solution engineering, design, and development, delivering secure enterprise-scale software while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires agility, strong communication, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Ideal candidates have Agile/SecDevOps experience, cloud familiarity, and a focus on accessibility and security

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• 7+ years experience with Agile and SecDevOps practices and tools.
• 3+ years leading technical analysis and solution development efforts.
• 3+ years experience working with Customer Experience / Human Centered Design.
• 3+ years experience with production relational databases and ORM; containerized deployment to cloud.
• 5+ years designing and implementing solutions with Federal security requirements and identity integration.
• Experience with Git-based version control and pull-request workflows.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira, GitHub Projects, Confluence.
• Experience delivering accessible web applications (WCAG 2.1 AA / Section 508).

Responsibilities

• Provide solution engineering, design, and development services for a national security client.
• Lead technical analysis and solution development efforts and evaluate new technologies.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Human Centered Design teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Drive secure, scalable enterprise solutions considering reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and influence through analysis and design.
• Establish and improve development processes, tooling, and deployment practices across teams.
