Rxtro is seeking a mid-level Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team on a fully remote, work-from-home basis. You’ll work Australian business hours with our Sydney-based team, contributing to a platform used by healthcare professionals across the country.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a full stack (or strong backend/frontend hybrid) developer.
• Solid experience with React for front-end development.
• Working proficiency in C# and/or Java for backend development.
• Experience with SQL Server, ideally in an Azure environment.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, distributed team.
• Strong written communication skills as you’ll collaborate async with a team in a different time zone.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining features across React front end and C#/Java back-end services.
• Working with SQL Server (Azure-native) to design and optimise data models.
• Deploying and supporting applications hosted on Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborating with the Sydney-based product and engineering team during Australian business hours.
• Writing clean, tested, maintainable code and participating in code reviews.
• Troubleshooting issues across the stack, from UI quirks to backend performance.
