Job summary

CareDx is seeking a Senior Full Stack Web Developer to design and build secure web applications using React, C#, .NET, and SQL Server. This full-time temporary role runs through the end of 2026 and supports US-based remote work.

You will contribute across the SDLC, implement RESTful APIs, ensure OWASP compliance, collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in agile ceremonies. A BS in CS or related field with 5+ years in full-stack development is expected, with Azure experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing full-stack web software with .NET, C#, SQL Server
• 5+ years’ experience with React, HTML, CSS
• 5+ years in C#, .NET Core/Framework, RESTful API design, SQL Server
• 1+ years AI Code assistants experience preferred
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, Git
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or related field
• Cloud-Native: Azure experience
• Depth of experience with 3rd party and internal integrations
• Greenfield features development preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop applications using C#, .NET, SQL Server and frameworks like React and Entity Framework
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements
• Design and develop software integration solutions using web APIs
• Follow OWASP guidelines to ensure secure solutions
• Participate in agile processes and code reviews
• Create unit tests and document designs
• Stay updated on SDLC practices and healthcare domain knowledge
• Automate tasks to boost team productivity
