Job summary

CVS Health is offering a fully remote, two-year Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP) designed to develop automation engineers for a Fortune 6 company. The program provides hands-on experience, training, and mentorship while contributing to AI-driven enterprise initiatives.

You will work with IT security, cloud, automation, and software delivery teams, gaining exposure to Agile/XP practices and modern delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Verifiable HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/MIS or related field preferred.
• 1+ years in an IT position.
• 6+ months experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development.
• 6+ months of programming or coding experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting existing applications and development efforts.
• Write high-quality code compliant with regulations.
• Collaborate with analysts and product owners to understand priorities.
• Analyze and improve efficiency of systems and services.
• Monitor industry trends and identify new technologies.
• Create and execute test scenarios for new/changed components.
• Share knowledge with IT personnel.
• Troubleshoot issues identified by users.
• Use automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins for automating use cases.
• Work within Agile/XP/Kanban delivery frameworks.
