CVS Health is offering a two-year Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP) in IT to learn automation engineering, support the enterprise, and grow with modern delivery methods like Agile, DevSecOps, and XP. This remote role is available nationwide with a preference for East Coast states and includes hands-on training, mentoring, and exposure to cloud, AI, and cybersecurity disciplines.

Candidates should have 1+ year IT experience, 6+ months in AI/ML or related work, and programming

Formación

• 1+ years of experience (academic or professional) in a relevant IT position.
• 6+ months of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development.
• 6+ months of experience programming, developing, or coding.
• Strong understanding of software development and automation tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting in the support of existing applications and development efforts.
• Writing high-quality code compliant with enterprise regulations.
• Collaborating with analysts and product owners to align priorities.
• Analyzing and improving system efficiency and reliability.
• Using automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working within Agile, XP, and Kanban delivery frameworks.
