CVS Health is launching an Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP) through ISTS, a two-year development track to become a full-stack automation engineer. The program blends training, hands-on work, and real-world projects in a fast-paced IT setting, building skills in AI-driven automation and secure delivery methods.

Participants will contribute to cloud, security, and automation initiatives while collaborating across teams to drive innovative data-driven solutions for CVS Health

Qualificações

• Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, YAML and related tools.
• Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions and enterprise apps.
• Familiarity with cloud providers (Azure/AWS/GCP) and containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Understanding of cybersecurity, risk, governance concepts and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in supporting existing applications and development efforts.
• Write high-quality code compliant with enterprise regulations.
• Collaborate with analysts and product owners on priorities.
• Analyze and improve the efficiency of systems and services.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to adopt new tech.
• Create and execute test scenarios for new and changed components.
• Share knowledge openly with IT personnel.
• Troubleshoot problems identified by users.
• Use automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins, etc. for automation cases.
• Work within Agile, XP, and Kanban delivery frameworks.
