Job summary

CVS Health is launching an Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP) in IT to train you as a full‑stack automation engineer. This two‑year program includes hands-on experience, training, and mentorship to develop skills in AI-driven enterprise delivery, Agile, DevSecOps, and XP techniques.

You will work on automation, cloud, security, and data concepts within a Fortune 6 company, gaining exposure across AI/ML, cloud platforms, and modern development tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a relevant IT position.
• 6+ months of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development.
• 6+ months of experience programming, developing, or coding.
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in CS/related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the support of existing applications and/or development efforts.
• Write high-quality code compliant with enterprise regulations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand priorities.
• Analyze and improve efficiency of various systems and services.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to adopt new technologies.
• Create and execute test scenarios to ensure testing of new/changed components.
• Share knowledge with IT personnel.
• Troubleshoot issues identified by users.
• Use automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins, etc. for automating use cases.
• Work within Agile/XP/Kanban delivery frameworks.
