Job summary

CVS Health is launching a two-year Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP) designed to train automation engineers in a fast-paced IT environment. Participants will gain hands-on experience with modern delivery methods like Agile, DevSecOps, and XP, while supporting a Fortune 6 company.

You will work across IT Security, Automation, Cloud, and AI initiatives, with built-in training and mentorship to develop full-stack capabilities as a developer.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, MIS, or related field preferred.
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required; boot camps/Certifications considered.
Experience with IT roles including AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development desired.

Responsibilities

Assist in support of existing applications and development efforts.
Write high-quality code compliant with enterprise regulations.
Collaborate with analysts and product owners to understand priorities.
Analyze and improve efficiency of systems and services.
Monitor industry trends and identify new technologies to implement.
